For residential homes experiencing roaches we complete 4 treatments of the entire home over 28 days to exterminate the cockroach population. All residents (including pets) must be out of the home for a minimum of 4 hours after each treatment. The treatment has a 30-day warranty.
For customers experiencing active insect activity on the outside of their home and or are looking for preventative measures to keep insects from entering their home. We complete a spray treatment of the entire exterior facade of the property, while ensuring not to spray windows. The spray prevents insects from living long enough to enter the home, and or build nests on the exterior of the home. The spray has a warranty of 60 days and is safe to touch as soon as it dries. This treatment can only be completed between the months of May and October.

Yes! There are two options that we offer:
Option 1.
We apply our chemical treatment to the lawn on an as needed basis which is primarily dependent on weather conditions. Each service is billed, there is no warranty for this service.
Option 2.
We install a Mist-Away System which treats your lawn on a custom schedule built for the system. This is a more permanent solution to your mosquito problems. Installation, maintenance and winterization are available with this service.
For residential homes experiencing stored product pests, we complete 3 treatments in a 30-day span to exterminate the stored product pest population. All residents (including pets) must be out of the home for a minimum of 4 hours after each treatment. The treatment has a 30-day warranty.
For customers that have a pre-existing stinging pest problem, we treat and remove fully formed nests with custom tailored services. We have solutions for nests on or near the home, nests in walls/voids, and underground nests.

For clients experiencing Bat activity in their homes, we provide a comprehensive inspection service. We schedule one of our professional Service Coordinators to inspect the property and complete an evaluation for entry points along with assessing where activity is the highest in the home. During the inspection, they will also prepare a detailed quote for the client’s approval.
Important Notes:
The property owner must be present during the inspection. Additionally, the Service Coordinator will contact the client when they are approximately 30 minutes away to confirm their arrival.
In the following months we cannot complete removal due to hibernation (Nov-March) and protected breeding (June-Aug 15th). We can complete the inspection and provide quotes year-round.

Possibly! In most cases, we can perform same day services if you call our office before 2 pm, depending on route volume. If you call after 2 pm, next day service is the next best thing!

During the first quarter of the year, we complete an interior de-webbing of the entire home along with a dusting treatment around the home’s ceiling, baseboards, windows and doors. This helps take care of any existing issues and adds a layer of prevention during the months of early insect activity. During 2nd and 3rd Quarters of the year we offer an exterior spray treatment of the entire exterior facade of the property, while ensuring not to spray windows.
